Using Bioly
By making an account or publishing a page you agree to these terms. Bioly is run by Bioly Labs, [address].
Your account
Keep your login to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account. You need to be at least 16.
Your content
What you put on your page stays yours. You give us permission to store it, show it to visitors and make the share images, only to run Bioly. You can take it with you by exporting it, and you can delete it any time.
What's not allowed
Don't publish anything illegal, only upload photos you have the right to share, don't pretend to be someone else, and don't use Bioly for phishing, malware or spam. Pages must not imitate wallets, recovery phrases, payment screens or other financial interfaces. We may take down pages that break these rules and tell you why.
AI
AI writes a first version from what you give it. It can get things wrong, so read your page before you publish. Bioly only uses the links you provided.
Paid plans
Prices are in US dollars. You can pay by card or in USDC. [Billing, renewal and refund terms are added with the pricing.]
Ending
You can delete your account any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
No guarantees
We work to keep Bioly running, but we provide it as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses. [Governing law and venue are added before launch.]
